This is a blog about me trying to loose some weight in a healty way. Still looking for the perfect diet and excercises. Probably going to follow the weight watchers diet.
Some general info on my body:
Length: 1.70 m (5’7")
Starting weight: 109 kg (240.3 lbs)
Current weight: 109 kg (240.3 lbs)
Dream weight: 70 kg (154.3 lbs)
My main problem is my stomach and hips and I want to loose the fat and the skin from that parts.
I'm going to post here mostly some nice and healthy food and healthy thinspiration like plus size models. Sometimes you can see here also some nice and not so healthy food too, for what I call eye-eating.
And well, we all can eat something forbidden from time to time, right?
